What the pricing difference means
Stunning publishes flat fees by MRR band: for example $120 a month at $28K–50K MRR, $330 at $201K–250K and $650 at $401K–500K. LastRetry's fee matches those in a month where we recover $1,200 (at 10%), $4,714 (at 7%) and $13,000 (at 5%). Recover less and LastRetry costs less, and nothing in a month with no recoveries; recover more and Stunning's flat fee is cheaper.
When Stunning is the better choice
- You bill through Foxy or Subbly as well as Stripe.
- Your recoveries are large enough that a flat monthly fee costs less than a share of them.
- You want backup payment methods and update pages on your own domain.
When LastRetry is the better choice
- You'd rather pay nothing until a payment is actually recovered.
- You want retries that skip cards that can't work, timed per decline reason.
- You want every recovery attributed on a case timeline, with payments made outside LastRetry never billed.
