Pricing questions
What does it cost if nothing is recovered?
Nothing. There's no subscription, setup fee or minimum. You pay a share of what's recovered, invoiced monthly.
Which rate do I pay?
It follows your monthly recurring revenue, measured from your active Stripe subscriptions: 10% up to $50K MRR, 7% from $50K to $250K and 5% from $250K to $500K. If your MRR moves, the rate moves with it for new recoveries.
What counts as recovered by LastRetry?
A failed invoice paid by one of our retries, by a card the customer added on our page, or within 7 days of the customer opening one of our links. Anything paid another way is marked external and never billed, and every case shows its full timeline.
What if a recovered payment is refunded or disputed?
If it's refunded (half or more) or disputed, the fee is waived. If it was already on an invoice, you get a credit on the next one.
Does SMS cost extra?
SMS is optional. Texts to high-value customers cost $0.10 each and appear on the same monthly invoice. Everything else is included in the percentage.
How am I billed?
On the 1st of each month you get one invoice for the previous month's recoveries, with every recovered invoice listed.
