Terms of service
Last updated 3 October 2026. LastRetry is operated by Muida Tech AS (org. no. 927 533 464), Fosshauggutua 2, 2864 Fall. Questions: i.josuekongolo@gmail.com.
1. The service
LastRetry connects to your Stripe account and tries to recover subscription payments that failed: it retries payments, emails your customers on your behalf, hosts a page where they can update their card, and offers an optional in-app banner. These terms apply between you (the business that signs up) and Muida Tech AS.
2. Your account and Stripe access
You must be authorised to connect the Stripe account you connect. You grant us read and write access to it solely to provide the service: reading invoices and customers, retrying open invoices, saving a new payment method your customer provides, and creating setup sessions. We do not change your prices, products, payouts or settings. You can disconnect at any time from the app or from Stripe.
You are responsible for your relationship with your customers, including your own terms with them and whether you may contact them about failed payments.
3. Fees
You pay a percentage of revenue we recover, at the rate shown in the app. A payment counts as recovered by us only if it is collected by one of our retries, with a card the customer added on our page, or within 7 days of the customer opening one of our recovery links. Every recovered invoice and the reason it was attributed is shown in the app.
If a recovered payment is refunded (half or more) or disputed, its fee is waived; if it was already invoiced, you receive a credit on the next invoice. Fees are invoiced monthly in arrears and are due 14 days after the invoice date. Your rate may change by tier as your recurring revenue changes, as described on the pricing page; we will give 30 days' notice of any other change.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use the service to contact people who aren't your customers, to collect payments you aren't owed, or in breach of law or of Stripe's terms.
5. Data
For your customers' personal data you are the controller and we are your processor; our data processing agreement forms part of these terms. Our own handling of your account data is described in the privacy policy.
6. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee any particular recovery rate or uninterrupted availability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including revenue that was not recovered.
7. Ending the agreement
You can stop at any time by disconnecting Stripe and deleting your account in Settings. Fees for recoveries made before that remain payable. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway, and disputes go to its ordinary courts.
